Pieces of Flair

I just love the Pieces of Flair application on Facebook.

Now I wonder where they got that idea??

I'm not sure if I have 27 pieces of flair, but this is what I do have so far.

    Wasn't pieces of flair what Jennifer Aniston's character had to wear to her restaurant job in the movie, "Office Space"?
