POTD - Grilled Corn


POTD - Grilled Corn

This stack of aluminum foiled corn on a fish platter caught my fancy as I was getting ready to go through the line to get our delicious dinner the other night.  My husband and I can't have a grill at our condo, so having grilled corn is a total treat.

    I have never tried grilled corn on the cob. I do have a recipe to make some, and you slather it with mayo before you grill it! It's supposed to be really good. Do you put anything on yours before you grill it?

    we've been enjoying corn nearly every meal (literally) out here...it is something like 5 ears for a $1...yum...grilled looks even better...

    Nothing better than sweet corn. Had some this weekend bought at a roadside stand in Belle Plaine, Iowa. He said the corn was from Muscatine, Iowa about 2 hrs away. None the less the ears were iconic summertime staples.
