POTD - Private Mailbox Service

What else was I going to call this photo?  Certainly not PMS.  That's just screams out Private Mailbox Service don't you think?  But while I'm on the subject...who would put PMS in giant letters above their business?  The business that's between the seafood restaurant and the hair styling place.
