POTD - Weathered Cross

There were so many interesting headstones and statues in the Elberta, AL cemetery that I can't help but feature another piece from there.  What got me was how many of these were painted.  I found that to be incredibly interesting.  I'd venture a guess that everything pre 1940 was painted white at one time.
