Eclairs

I have heard that Marge makes the best eclairs, but I've never been fortunate enough to taste one.  I got my camera out as soon as I arrived to her house and by the time I got to the dessert table the plate was half empty.  I can now say that Marge makes the best eclairs and that they don't last long with our group.

    Pass on to Marge that you can fill them with a small scoop of ice cream (instead of the custard), drizzle them with chocolate sauce, and you have another French pastry, Profiteroles. I love making AND eating both!
