POTD - Juggler

San Marco is a little community right in the heart of Jacksonville. I went to an art fair there last year, but pretty much I know nothing about this section of town. When I explored on Monday I found several lovely statues, one of which was this juggler with the crazy jester hat. My whole reason for taking this photo was that I loved the shadows on the statues. The little tassel at the end of the hat has a big shadow on the statue as well as one of the juggling balls on the back. The statue has a nice form as well. You can almost see the movement of the juggler. I didn't take a picture of the plaque so I don't know who made it.
Enjoy!

That is really cool! I admire your eye for the detail in art and in the everyday! :)
ReplyDeletedo you feel like a juggler? We all do sometimes but I'm typically the one who drops the ball.
ReplyDeleteinteresting statue - the angle is from the side? Does it have a face?
I FEEL like your juggler!
ReplyDeleteThank you for making my day. I swear, I needed a pick me up and YOU were it.
Hopefully I can return the favor some day :)
