POTD - Fancy a Radiator?

I knew when I saw this pile of car radiators that it was going t some day be a photo of the day.  At first I thought they were gently used but as I started looking at them, some of them are truly bent up!  I don't know what they were going to be used for, but the booth owner looked like he was repairing some sort of auto part.  Maybe he refurbishes the radiators?  I don't know.

    They get stripped for any valuable metals (copper) and then scrapped in bulk (usually).
    Reminds me of Star Wars...pizza boxes?

    Hmm. I'm not sure I would have recognized what they were----once they are separated from their cars. Nobody has ever asked me for car repair advice, obviously.
    It's an interesting picture, though. I might have to hang it in the garage.

    Scrap metal - well that makes sense. I just didn't know why they were all stacked up like that at the flea market.

    you have more flea market experience than me so if you don't know then who does?
    Maybe artists working in metal buy them. They would probably work well for target practice.
