POTD - Tendril

POTD - Tendril

This little tendril will soon become one of the many vines that get tangled up in the trees and fences in the Florida landscape.  This plant, I believe, is called Muscadine Grape and if it is then the fruit can be made into wines, jellies, preserves, just like those fancy cultivated grapes.  It's amazing what a tiny little tendril can do.

Enjoy!

  2. no kidding! There's a house near my moms on which "tendrils" have ruined the exterior. This one looks so innocent :)

  3. I think it was in Calloway Gardens, GA that we got muscadine grape jam. It was YUMMY!
