Sapp Bros. - by Kristin Corlett
One of the famous landmarks just outside of Lincoln, NE on I-80. My sister, Alison, baby Stella and my mom and I went on a road trip in 2008. We made a point of stopping at the Sapp Brothers restaurant as I'd wanted to stop there nearly every single time I saw the big coffeepot in the sky since I was a kid. I wouldn't go back to eat, but I sure enjoyed taking photos of the coffeepot and many other things in and around the restaurant.

The Sapp Bros. coffee pot on I-80 draws me in, too. I've yet to get a decent shot of it, though.
