POTD - Corn on the Cob
Corn on the cob is one of the delights of summer in my book. It's just a butterfest so I don't eat it very often, but I love it so much. This was my first corn on the cob feast of the year. Oh goodness, it was so good.

Where you peeking in my kitchen windows? I got a bunch of corn and made corn on the cob last night for dinner! Since the best deal is to usually buy a lot and I only have two people to cook for, I've been cutting it off the cob and freezing it in a baggie for winter.
