POTD - Little Green House
©2010 Kristin Corlett
I found this little green house in Darien, GA while I was on my way to see the historic site of Fort King George. The fort was closed on Monday, the day I chose to stop by, but I enjoyed my little jaunt off the expressway. Even though the house looks a bit worse for wear, I hope that it's a happy place for those that live there. I'm hopeful because the curtain was pulled to side by the front door, letting the sunshine in.
Enjoy!

Your little house reminds me of a wee house my stepson and his new bride lived in when they first married and were living on the river near St. Augustine.
It always looked to me that nature was hard at work reclaiming the area. Bugs, twigs, moss, debris were always stuck to the surfaces, no matter how much sweeping Missy did. It was a happy little house though.
Thanks for the little memory jog. ;)
What a sweet little house. I agree with you, I hope it is a happy home. I love the moss in the trees.
