POTD - Private Eyes

I spied this on the edge of a parking lot, behind a business. It looks like it's two shipping containers that have been there quite some time. Long enough to be artfully decorated that's for sure. I really don't know if this is supposed to be a monster, a wet dog or an odd version of Sponge Bob. It also kind of looks like a tidal wave is coming, too. Very odd, yet I really like it. This was found near downtown Jacksonville, FL.

I can see the dog - - - but then he has one eye in his tail region.

I can also see a Map of two new continents! Don't ask me why a map needs eyes, I've NO CLUE.
Looks nice. Graffiti art is always nice to see
I enlarged it to look closer and I'm not sure what it is but the colors are beautiful.
