The tents are popping up all over town now that Spring is over in Jacksonville. It's so sad when I realize that spring is done. It comes and goes so very quickly. Now it's just going to be hot as blazes for the next five months or more.
Thankfully we do have some plants and flowers that like the heat and sun.
Celosia
Foxtail Fern
Foxglove
Gerbera Daisy
Hibiscus
New Guinea Impatiens
All you Northerners - this is just a little preview of what you will see very soon. I hear that there have been crocus sightings, trees budding and possibly some green grass! Here's to sunshine and warmer days.
Have a great day!

nice pics - those foxgloves have an interesting pattern inside. It appears each pedal has it own fingerprint type thing.
Gerbera daisies and impatiens. Love 'em both! Can't wait for the warmer weather. It's been mid-to-high 60s here, but heading back to the 40s this weekend.
Great pictures. I just love the colors of Spring & Summer.
Tease!
Anything that thought about blooming has gone back into winter hiding. The weather this weekend was windy, cold, damp!
Yuck!
Today is better though, I can't wait for the fancy trees to bud so I can go to the big park in town on my lunch break for some great pictures!
