POTD - Pumpkin on the windowsill

At my sisters house I spotted this pumpkin with a red leaf on top just sitting in the windowsill of her kitchen. It was just so beautiful I had to stop and admire the simple beauty of it. Hope you had a happy Halloween.

Oh, how I wish I could just put a leaf on my head and be considered beautiful!
That gives me a powerful urge to bake some pumpkin bread. Powerful urge!!
And of course my first thought after reading this was, "Wow her sister's windowsill is so clean!" Clearly, I am queen of the dust bunnies.
It really is a great shot!
