POTD - Lace and Palm

I'm going to have to update this description because I never did get the artist and title of this sculpture, which is of a boy riding on the back of a dolphin on a big wave. There was a family taking pictures right next to the plaque and I gave up waiting before they were finished. What you see here is a tiny portion of the wave with a palm tree in the background. I liked the mixture of textures and the five or six different colors of green against that bright blue sky.
