POTD - Madgulls

JB and I found this pier on our drive into Daytona Beach. This was a cute little park on the intercoastal waterway. The birds were happily sitting on the railing when we walked up but we were madgulls, not seagulls, after a few minutes. They weren't attacking, just a little ticked off because we were determined to walk the entire length of the pier. They kept flying up and going to the furthest open spot on the railing until they finally had to fly back toward shore. They still sat on the railing though so when we walked back to the car, they had to move again!
In this shot I really like the position of the railing in the photo. It is such a strong diagonal that you can't help but follow the line to the background.

Don't you just wonder what those gulls SAY to each other at their morning rail-stop?
"Yah, Mable, got those pesky chicks off to school this morning just in time."
"Fred, how'd you find the fishin' yesterday?"
Etc.
The gull facing opposite from all the others? Her name is Jennifer. I am just SURE of it.
Yes, the diagonal is great. I just wish they didn't have to poop so much!
mine! Mine! Mine!
the one that Jennifer above called Jennifer (hmmm) is watching you. She is probably the leader. Did you get pooped on? That stuff is nasty but the diagonal was worth it.
