POTD - Tramway at night

When I was leaving the Prime Osborn Convention Center after night one of the Jacksonville Home and Patio Show, I noticed these lights. They just glowed underneath the little downtown tramway station. I'm glad I put the car in reverse down a one way street to go back and get the shot. :)

There is a leafless deciduous tree right there in the center - - - or was it just dead? I've often wondered if leaves drop off deciduous trees in FL even though there isn't a REAL winter, or if they just drop off one at a time and are replaced so no one misses them.
Looks like a lovely place!
