POTD - Open

This is a photograph of a water valve which I've titled "Open." This particular valve is located in downtown Jacksonville, FL. I parked next to this one day when I was attending the Riverside Arts Market. This was my very first Photo of the Day. I'm happy to have it as a part of my Best Of series.

I posted a picture of a neon "OPEN" sign on my Facebook page. I bought a "Bar Open" sign at an estate sale, even though I don't drink (Taco bar maybe?).
All of this to say, I like it! Doesn't surprise me at all that you spotted it and saw it worthy of shooting.
