POTD - Souvenir Land

This is the sign that belongs to the gift shop I featured in last nights post, Route 301 Florida. I think it is fantastically decayed and broken down, but I do wish the owners would have taken better care of it. Shown some pride in the establishment. Maybe they don't get enough business, maybe they like the decaying sign, maybe it's more of a tourist attraction this way. Maybe. I'm going to go back down this route in a few weeks so I can make more stops and take more photos. When I do, I'll actually go into the gift shop and buy a souvenir.

Yes the poor sign has probably been through more big wind storms than we can imagine. It does have a certain vintage air about it, even if it had been maintained better.
You always find such fun things and great points of view for your photos!

I will say this until I am blue in the face, Florida has the best old signs!!!
Nice mix of fonts on the well worn sign.
