POTD - Purple Martin House

I found a dirt road leading to a nature preserve, so I took it. When I got to where the maintained road ends I saw this Martin house. (That's what I believe it to be - it wasn't marked or anything.) The sun was brilliant, the sky was a beautiful blue, the clouds were white and fluffy and the Martin house looked regal. I decided to let the sun shine bright in this photo and even allow the lens flare.

Very nice. Well worth the trip down a dirt road. I like your relaxed "blue highways" kind of trip to Lansing this time.
GG and I took 41 all the way home from Florida one time, since it used to be the main road before Hwy 75, (I think). We had trouble finding places to stay, though it was interesting.
