Sunday

My mother's computer died on Thursday just hours before mine croaked. Her's got a virus - I watched it happen. It was pretty scary seeing it happen.

Then all of a sudden a screen popped up that said something like "Warning! Your credit card information is compromised. Enter your Credit card number here and for $39.95, your number will be secure and your computer protected."

Riiiight.

It was persistent too because every time she clicked the screen to close it, it would pop back up.

She didn't pay the money and guess what? The computer guys at Staples told her it was a virus.

So my mom's computer is now up and running, so that's how I got on tonight. Still no photos though...it's killing me!

I took about 200 photos this weekend. Fall is beautiful!

I should know more about my MAC tomorrow.

Ohh, it's like a death in the family-----well maybe of a small pet, like a bird or a hamster. But it can be resurrected for a fee.

In the meantime, MAC is off on a vacation of her own. Oh, the tales she can tell. You may have to buy another picture thingy for your camera.

We miss you when you aren't there. :-(

I had that happen to my computer too. It sucks. I'm glad your mother didn't give out her CC info.
