POTD - Skeleton Keys

POTD - Skeleton Keys

Aren't they cool?  It's a huge assortment of skeleton keys that I found at one of the Fernandina Beach antique shops.  They were three dollars a piece.  Since I certainly wasn't going to buy the whole bunch, the photo is the second best alternative to having the keys.  I love all of the colors in this photo, too.  Yellows and purples, greens, gray and rust.  Gorgeous.

Enjoy!

$3 per key? Oh my - - - I bet 'BACK IN THE DAY' when they were new they only cost about 50 cents!

I don't need any keys, as there are plenty of unidentified misfit keys here already, but I LOVE the picture!

(Two trips to St. Vin's this week, and one trip to the paper recyling center, BTW.)

You could easily get the key but where's the lock? What's the sense of having the key if you don't have anything to unlock?
