They were a few years older than my grandmother.
This is my grandmother. Mildred Corlett.
Taken in 1908 -- she was 3.
I am built just like her, I have the same mouth as her - but I was never this cute as a child. I think she took the cake on cute.
Dot and Dimple take a real close second to grandma in the cute factor.

I just found out today that Dot and Dimple Doyle were born 11/11/1903
If you know anything about me, I celebrate 11:11, the time of day and I had major celebrations at 11:11 on 11/11. How very cool that they were born on this date.

Dot Dimple... Please tell me those are nicknames. Irreguardless, they are terrific pictures. I love old family photos, and those seem to be in awesome condition.
Dot and Dimple Doyle - - - I LOVE IT!!! Those are some of the HAPPIEST names I've ever heard. My dad has a picture of my grandmother when she was a girl and oh my - - - it is SOOOOOO similar to yours!!!! Mayhaps I'll get a photo of it and post about it later over at my place just so you can see - - -
Susan, Real names. I can almost remember the first time I saw the pictures of these girls in my grandmother's photo album.
