POTD - For Sale

This house is for sale. It's got a lockbox on the front door, the house was empty, the exterior needed some clean up and there was a paper on the stoop. It's in an excellent neighborhood, very close to the river and for a reasonable price I would totally move in and take care of it for them until they got it sold. I wonder if the owners would go for that?
