Whew!

It's been a very very long day.

I'm actually so tired I can hardly keep my eyes open.

I don't have a photo of the day for tomorrow yet, so expect to see that sometime in the afternoon.

My friend Deb and I cleaned up one of my rental condos today and actually got it completely finished before the new tenants arrived. It was quite a feat but we did it. My feet hurt, my back hurts, my car is full of stuff, I ate precious little today and am now watching the Survivor episodes that I missed while I was away. I just realized there is another hour left - sheesh, I don't think I can make it.

I have a doctors appointment at 10am and it's a new doctor, so I'm looking forward to it. If he mentions lap band surgery I'm going to walk out the door. I hope he can help me figure out how to help me live with my painful feet. Maybe we can find a way to make them less painful :) That would be very nice.

OK, I'm going to go to bed.

Night!
Kristin

Hope your doc can help with the aching feet. I treated myself to new sneaks yesterday in the hopes of elleviating some knee and back pain. Sucks to get old, seriously!!

Have a beautiful day.

It's great that you got it done in time! Hope things go well at the doctor.

diabetes and bad feet kinda go hand and hand. I give my dad, he has diabetes, a peppermint foot massage whenever I can. The Resort here in town offers the same type of foot massage to increase circulation - i'm sure theirs is much better - but on the flip side, mine doesn't cost $$. I'm jumping to conclusion that it's from your diabetes - I hope your new doctor can help.
